"I highly recommend Custom Remodeling! We knew what we wanted to do and spoke to multiple General Contractors, many wanted to make changes to make it easier, not moving walls or plumbing. Chris and his guys took our plan and suggested some adjustments here and there but basically executed it flawlessly. Between the work of the in house guys and the management of the subcontractors, it was so professionally done.

Each job is unique, but as far as price, the estimate was fair and competitive. If we wanted expensive high end we could pay for it, or if we wanted builder grade budget pieces we could save here and there on them.

Timeline was awesome too, about 13 weeks for them to tear down and build new walls, re wire and rerun plumbing and gas lines, concrete work, tile & finish work on at least 1500 of our 2200 sqft house. Yet we were able to live in the house through the work. That really speaks to the guys professionalism and cleanliness.

Finally in regards to communication, I’m huge on this and they did great. They would always ask for preferences and update us nearly daily. Just give them a call, and you won’t regret it!"

"We hired Custom Remodeling to complete a 350 sq. ft addition onto our home (including opening up existing kitchen wall for pass-through and new counters), along with a new porch and new AC. It was a large project that required a lot of trust. We are so happy we put our faith in Custom Remodeling to complete our project.

We mainly interacted with Mike, the superintendent, from start to finish. He came out and did a thorough estimate, was very knowledgeable, and professional from the beginning; that professionalism never faded over the course of the project.

We had been interacting with numerous other local contractors to get estimates and noticed the difference that Custom Remodeling brought to the table right away. Mike did what he said, when he said he would do it; he showed up on time, returned phone calls and texts, and made time for all of our questions and concerns. Mike proved to be reliable and trustworthy. He helped us to make amendments to our existing drafted plans for the roof and AC ducting that ended up giving us exactly what we wanted. He coordinated with the drafter to ensure his vision for this change was executed in the plans and he brought us a bid that was highly competitive to the other licensed contractors we had bid out with (even with the new roofing structure).

The overall project took about 3 months and wasn’t always smooth sailing, but that is to be expected with any major project. Subcontractor work wasn’t done 100% to our satisfaction on a few instances, but what mattered to us was that Chris and Mike ALWAYS ensured the work was corrected and completed to our satisfaction; if we pointed it out, they very happily made it right. Mike built trust with us that was maintained throughout the project and Chris is a phenomenal business owner who ensures that honesty and integrity are an integral part of his business.

We love our home addition! It looks like it was an original part of the home and we would 100% recommend Chris and Mike with Custom Remodeling to anyone looking for a qualified, honest, and experienced contractor with the staff to match."

"Custom Remodeling LLC did three projects for me this year--a tile shower, new windows and sliding doors, remodeled my kitchen. Chris and his employees did a great job; none of the jobs were started until the materials were available, the men cleaned up their work area at the end of each day. "We recently had Custom Remodeling remodel our master bathroom. The job entailed removal of the garden tub and installing a stand alone tub, expanding the existing shower and installing a shower tower, removal of vanity and having new vanity designed, built and installed. The entire bathroom tile floor had to be removed and new tile installed. Mike was right on point in getting all the new items ordered and delivered on time. Chris (company owner) was instrumental in solving some of the plumbing problems involved because of the new stand alone tub and personally did the work to resolve the problems. Chris also checked on the work in progress almost daily. Finally because of the shower expansion , the new glass shower door was of a non-conventional size. Mike was able to find a local glass company to design and install the new shower door.
